A-Trak makes music to workout to

The Nike Plus Human Race, the world's largest one-day running event, is just over 60 days away. The race is for charity, supporting organisations such as Livestrong, WWF and ninemillion.

As part of the event, Nike have invited artists to create mixes to help people keep on running. Previous mixes have been put together by The Crystal Method, LCD Soundsystem and Aesop Rock.

Last week, iTunes released A-Trak's contribution - a 45 minute workout album.

Titled 'Running Man', it features a collaboration with Kid Cudi. The track, 'Mastered', originally featured Lupe Fiasco, but they couldn't get clearance, so instead Cudi is found on the final album.
