Tim Burton is about to weave his magic again - this time on Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland.

Having compared Lewis Carroll's stories to "drugs for children", Burton has said that the remake will feature both live action and animation.

Pop Crunch has reported that Lindsay Lohan is after the leading role of Alice... but wouldn't Burton automatically give that to Helena Bonham Carter? Johnny Depp would make a great Mad Hatter too...

I loved Jan Švankmajer's version of Alice in Wonderland, and can't wait to see what Tim Burton will do to it.

Here is the video for 'Beeper' featuring Kid Sister. It's the first single from The Count (aka Herve) & Sinden's debut album, out later this year on Domino.

Sinden played in Australia last week for the Good Vibrations Festival, and is now heading back to Europe to do a gig with The Count in Liverpool on March 1.
